These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Proporio platform and website (the "Service") provided by PROPORIO SRL ("Proporio", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Proporio is a property-management tool that helps owners, managers, agencies, syndics, service providers and tenants organise properties, leases, communications, finances and related tasks, including AI-assisted features. Proporio is a tool only — you remain solely responsible for how you use it and for the data you enter, including any legal, tax, accounting or contractual decisions.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and workspace.
- You must be legally capable of entering into a contract and at least 18 years old.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or infringe the rights of others.
- Upload data you have no right to process, or unlawful content.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Misuse AI features or rely on them without human review.
4. AI-assisted features
The AI Cockpit and related features generate suggestions (e.g. classifications, drafts, proposed actions) that may be inaccurate. They are provided for assistance only and require your review and approval. You are responsible for any action you take based on them.
5. Customer data & privacy
You retain ownership of the data you enter. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as your processor under applicable data-processing terms.
6. Subscriptions & payment
Paid plans, fees, billing cycles and any free tier are described at sign-up or in your order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of taxes. We may change pricing with prior notice.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, with notice where reasonable.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, belongs to Proporio or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or profits. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, you may export your data within a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Brussels, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
